Rigging and Relocation Services for Production Line Support

Move heavy iron.
Land it perfect.

Machinery rigging and plant relocation for production-critical equipment. Engineered lift plans, NCCCO-certified crews, cross-border transport — and we stay through reinstall and ramp-up.

When a 200-tonne press needs to move 18 inches without stopping production, you need engineers, not just riggers.

Production Line Relocation Case Study
with Zero Downtime Loss

A 220-tonne mechanical stamping press needed to shift 18 inches to make room for an adjacent line expansion. Constraint: maintain weekend production on the same press.

/07Rigging and Relocation Services FAQ

Questions, answered straight.

350-tonne transformer set on a hydraulic gantry system. We routinely handle stamping presses in the 150–250 t range. For anything heavier we partner with engineered heavy-lift specialists and stay on as integrator.

Yes. Permitted heavy-haul into Mexico (with Mexican carrier partners) and into Canada (direct). We handle the customs paperwork, escort cars and route survey end-to-end.

$5M general liability, full cargo, rigger's liability and umbrella. COIs distributed before mobilization. We can name additional insureds and adjust limits per project.

Often yes — phased moves, weekend shutdowns and cell-by-cell relocations. We engineer the plan around your production calendar and minimize downtime to the absolute minimum.

A licensed Professional Engineer (PE) on staff signs every engineered lift plan above 40 tonnes or any lift with non-standard rigging gear. Standard moves are signed by NCCCO-certified lift directors.

We do the whole job — disconnect, move, set, anchor, level, reconnect utilities, re-link controls and run ramp-up. One accountable team from disconnect to first part.
